We have always

adventured

Ad-ven-ture: an exciting expereince, usually bold and maybe risky that brings about growth.

Adventuring is not a new concept but one that many of us forget to include, or acknowledge, in our lives.

It’s how we find out new things about the world, our universe, each other and ourselves.

We are encouraged as children to play and try new things to help our minds develop and to figure out how we relate to the world around us.

At some point this practice or trying new things - of adventuring- leaves us and, as a result, many of us struggle to overcome challenges we face as adults.

Adventuring often can help us build resilience, increase our life satisfaction, provide opportunities for learning and increase our longevity.

Choosing to Adventure and doing things differently can be scary and unfamiliar, leading us to feel overwhelmed and inevitably return to our comfort zone.

As a qualified and accredited coach with over 500 hours of coaching experience, I help my clients feel empowered to go beyond their comfort zone and achieve their goals.

Do you have something that you’ve been longing for, for yourself or your business that requires you to go beyond your comfort zone?

It’s time to be bold and to be brave .
